Tired after lunch?

Good lunch box or a fancy lunch at the restaurant? Not infrequently, the not-so-pleasant food coma appears shortly after lunch.

Tired, drowsy and not in the mood to sit down at your desk again? There are actually exercises that work. Try it yourself!

One, two, three, exercise!

1. Stand up and remember to keep your back straight. Alternately bring the knees to the opposite elbow. Repeat the exercise for at least 20 seconds or as long as you like.

2. Stand up and remember to keep your back straight. Bend your head sideways. Then gently tilt your head alternately backwards and forwards. Repeat the exercise for at least 20 seconds or as long as you like.

3. Stand up and remember to keep your back straight. Bend one leg slightly. Turn one hip inward and press down.
